RPG RULES:

1.0.0- What is an rpg? RPG stands for "role playing game". Therefore you,
as a player, will take on the role of a character you make up and live
through various adventures with him.

2.0.0- Character creation:
You are allowed to create only one character in this game. Why? Becouse
creating more than one character would allow certain advantages that
others might not have. You might even be tempted to at one point drop all
characters and just use the best one. You might even use multiple
characters to steel from others illegally. On top of that, if 2000
members each create 10 characters each, our database at one point will be
overloaded. Plus this will help keep the realism of the game. And we
don’t want this unique universe to be congested either.

2.1.0- Character attributes:
Your character will have certain attributes that will define who he is
and what he is capable of. This section will discuss these attributes,
how they work. This section will also cover other character features.

2.1.1- Characters and The Matrix:
The Matrix is a powerful object in Transformers history. It is said to
light ones darkest hour and even be used as a knowledge base. It even
makes one stroger. Some even state that the Matrix could be used to
create life.

Although it is powerful, it could also be dangerous. Many who were exposed
to the Matrix have experienced devastating side-effects. What are these
side effects? One possibility is deformation and weekness, the other is
almost instant death.

Each player in the game will start and keep a certain Matrix level. It can
never be changed. The level you have will be kept a secret from you until
you actually hold the Matrix.

What are the possible levels? Here they are:

1.- No change. The Matrix just becomes an inanimate object. (Odds: 417 in 500)
2.- Search the Matrix for knowledge. You can look at all events that all
previous carriers had gone through. (Odds: 9 in 500)
3.- Immense power. All strength begins to grow. (Odds: 10 in 500)
4.- Starsaber power. You can use it as a sword. (Odds: 20 in 500)
5.- Full power. If you are an autobot, you automatically become a Prime. (Odds: 1 in 500)
6.- Instant death. No need to explain. (Odds: 10 in 500)
7.- Major deformation. You lose xp, strength and some other skills, until
you get rid of the Matrix. (Odds: 30 in 500)

Humans, Torkulons, Atlantians and Quintessons will always have level 1.

2.1.2- PowerLinx mode:

2.2.0- XP:

This is a no brainer, really. You have different XP Levels. Once your
reach a new level, you get additional skillpoints.

To level up to a new level, you need 30,000 XP's. For example, you start
with level 1. To reach level 2, you must have 30,000 points. To reach
level 6 you need 150,000 XP's. So the formula is this:( xp/30000) +1.

For every time you level up, you get a random amount of skill points
between 1 and 5. Also, when you level up, you gain a random amount of HP
between 1 and 10. You run out of this once your maxhp is reached.

2.3.0- Assigning Skill Points:
Just goto the assign skill points form. Once there, use the buttons to
assign the proper skill point to the proper skill.

As soon as you signup, you get 155 Skill Points. Depending on what
features you add to your character, you will start with fewer SP's.

2.3.1- Leveling up in a particular skill:

To level up in a specific skill, you need to use 4 SP's each time. You
cannot take back your assignment of skills.

2.3.2- Determining starting skill points:
You start off with 155 Skill Points when you first open the Application form. As you sign up, you will begin to lose points, depending on the options you choose. Here are what points you lose for what options:

1)For choosing to have 2 alt-modes, you lose 2 points. For three alt-modes you lose 4. For 4, you lose 6. For 5 you lose 8. For 6, Lose 10. For 7 you lose 11. For 8 you lose 12. For 9 you lose 13.
2)If your size is over 100, you lose 10 points. If you are over 300, you lose 20. If you are over 500, you lose 30. If you are under 20, you get 20 points.
3) If your a targetmaster, you lose 20 points. If your a Headmaster, you lose 30 points. If your a powermaster, you lose 40 points.
4) If you can Dive or swim, you lose 10 points.
5) If you can fly, you lose 10 points.

2.4.0- Special Abilities:

2.4.1- Combiners:

2.4.2- Headmasters:

2.4.3- Targetmasters:

2.4.4- Powermasters:

3.0.0- EPP(Energon Plant Points):
The more you do for Energon-Plant.com, the more of these you gain. These
can be exchanged for non TF products or in-game assets.

What are the possible ways to earn these and what do you get?

3.1.0- How do you earn EPP's:
There are several ways to earn the EPP's. We have specific needs and we will show you what they are in this section:

1) One way to earn EPP's is by donating some funds. We have a server to pay for, and programs to update in order to be able to make the game more enjoyable and enhanced. Many games do this. Just remember, the game is free and requires no sign up fee or subscription fee or download fee. But, high bandwidth, and limited MySQL DB space does occur. So we would need money to gain this. For each dollar you contribute, you will receive 3000 EPP's. As the game becomes more popular and we have more special things to give away with EPP's, you will receive more EPP's per dollar. If we end up receiving enough money to keep the server alive and updated for 3 years, we will stop allowing you to gain EPP's by donation.
2) Join our project teams. The game requires many people to help create it and maintain it. We need administrators, Rules designers, Art teams and many many other people. Joining our "Command Team" allows you to earn these EPP's.
3) Contributing to the website will also earn you some EPP's. This means that you will be a news poster, or update content or even submit content for us to use.
4) Clicking on our TF Movie banner will also earn you some EPP's.
5) Clicking on Top Links will also help you earn EPP's.
6) Including links on your website, or advertising for us will also get you EPP's.
7) And there will be many more ways to earn them...

3.2.0- What do you get with EPP's:
EPP's earns you both in-game awards, Transformer awards, and non-Transformer rewards. Here is a small taste of what you can earn:

1) You can exchange EPP's for In-game Credits(Money). Every 1 EPP is 10 credits in-game.
2) You can receive a copy of the next version of the program before everyone else. This will cost a lot!!
3) You can download games and programs that we make, and these will be non-Transformers programs and games. This is to keep the Donation system and EPP system legal. Essentially you can donate $5000 (Just an example) and you will earn all those woppin EPP's. What you do with them is your business. You can buy our products which are not Hasbro related, or you can use it to take advantage of the game. What you do with this fun-money is your business.
4) And there will be more things you can do such as exchange it for in-game items and other advantages.

5.0.0 - The Board rules:
The boards will be mainly used to move along or act out stories and
scenarios in TF Universe. It will also be a place to interact with others
who participate in the game. For the time being, it will be the only way
to advance your character, until more features are added to the client.

Being that you can advance your character and interact with other people,
we need to establish some rules that will prevent you from abusing your
rights and abilities.

5.1.0- Board interactions:

1) You are not allowed to use curse words. Anyone doing so will be punished.
2) You will not flame any other character or person.
3) You are not to display yourself as a racist or attack anyones race,
color, nationality , beliefs, handi-caps, emotions, age, sex or religion.
Therefore no discrimination on the boards.
4) No talk of sexually explicit sex or nudity. We want to keep things PG.
We don’t want any talk of pornography, child porn or things of the sort.
5) No kind of harassment , whether sexually or not.
6) No fighting on the boards unless it is involved for a in-character story.
7)If you have a problem with someone, please fix it privately. If the
situation doesn’t get resolved and your dispute will have an effect on
others, talk to an admin.
8) A golden rule to remember: when posting, you are representing Hasbro,
Energon-Plant.com, your friends, the other players, the staff, Takara,
and The Transformers. Don’t give us a bad name, or make us look bad.
9)No spamming. If your gonna spam, please do it on the spam boards.
10) Don’t post just to test your signature. Goto the signature testing
board to do that.

5.2.0- Board RPG Rules:

1) First and most important rule-------- NO GODMODING!!!!! You are to let
the GM handle the outcome of events. An example of Godmoding:

"You transform into your jet mode and fly towards the ground. You aim your
turrets and begin shooting at all the autobots and kill them all."

That’s bad. Instead, you want to be mortalmoding (I think I just made that
word up.) Here is an example of the same situation, just mortalmoding:

"You transform into your jet mode and fly towards the ground. You aim your
turrets and begin shooting at one of the autobots who is cowering behind a
dump truck."

"Gm: As the decepticon (you in this case) fires his turrets, one of the
shots hits the autobot and kills him. The other remaining autobots begin
counter-attacking."

2) Please follow all the general board rules above.

3) Please allow all other members involved to post before you do so
again. If two days pass, and not everyone has posted, you may begin
posting again.

4) Use capital letters and punctuation where needed. Bad example:

"he ran for the hills then hid"

Good example:

"He ran for the hills and then hid."

5) Use full sentences.
Bad example: " Blasted him. Ran away."
Good example: "He blasted the decepticon. As he did that, he began to
runaway from the scene."

6)Check your grammer and spelling. It doesn’t have to be perfect, I just
want to see you try.

7) None of this please:

"Hey, how u doin. B4 I 4get..."
Or: "l33t, 0u812, etc..."

8) If there is a gm, please follow his rules.
